Blue Ridge Mountain Parade of Homes is an annual, three-day event held in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Set against the majestic backdrop of North Georgia’s Blue Ridge Mountains, the event is hosted by some of the finest builders in the North Georgia area. The parade has quickly established a tradition of showcasing a variety of spectacular homes while introducing new and exciting trends to attendees from all over the country.
With numerous homes on display from several different builders, the Parade of Homes provides attendees an opportunity to view a wide a variety of homes across North Georgia’s stunning landscape including mountains, streams, lakes, and other breathtaking locations.
The participating builders represent some of the best craftsmen throughout the North Georgia region, each with their own distinct signature and style, making each home visit in the parade a truly unique and rewarding experience. Whether a fan of rustic, farmhouse, industrial, craftsman, modern or anything in between, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Inspired to give back to the community through the support of local schools, Blue Ridge Parade of Homes operates as a non-profit organization providing high school students better educational opportunities through the Parade of Homes Scholarship Foundation. A portion of all ticket sales goes back to students in the form of scholarships designed to support those who want to enter the residential construction trade.
