Winter has fully settled in here in Appalachia, and the deep rooted desire to create hearty and soul nourishing meals arise within us.
Join The Folk in our first baking class of the season as Mae takes you down the path of sourdough AND making it into a bread bowl.
From humble beginnings, you'll learn and witness the art of patience that is sourdough.
Also, to fill that bread bowl, Luke will give you a quick run down on some of his favorite winter soups that he is known for.
*Sourdough starter kits will be available for purchase but aren't needed for this class*
