Below is a list of Fannin County projects funded by Tourism Product Development Hotel/Motel Excise Tax. What is considered a Tourism Product Development project? The creation or expansion of physical attractions which are available and open to the public.
Horseshoe Bend Park:
New playground, sidewalk, and fencing around the playground
Pressure washing and cleaning
Small pavilion remodel and new picnic tables (in-process)
New walking trail (in-process)
New dog park (in-process)
River access point (in-process)
Improved signage (in-process)
Tom Boyd Park:
New playground
New outdoor basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts
Green space improvements around the soccer fields including picnic tables
New fencing for field #8
Tammen Park:
