Below is a list of Fannin County projects funded by Tourism Product Development Hotel/Motel Excise Tax. What is considered a Tourism Product Development project? The creation or expansion of physical attractions which are available and open to the public.

Horseshoe Bend Park:
Small pavilion remodel and new picnic tables
New paved walking path
New small and large dog park
River access point

Blue Ridge City Park managed by Fannin County Recreation Department:

Pond improvements, including benches and trashcans
